Return & Unclaimed Policy

Before you shop, we recommend you take a quick look at our Return/Refund Policy. It outlines how to return or get a refund for your item in case you need to. We also recommend inspecting your item immediately, whether delivered or collected, to make sure they match their descriptions and meet your expectations.  

RETURN/REFUND POLICY 

  • Return window: 3 business days from delivery/collection

Valid return reasons

  • Incorrect item received
  • Manufacturing defect (except clearance/display items)
  • Damaged, non-functioning, or stained

Conditions

  • Proof of purchase (official Taylor’s Alumni Merchandise Store email receipt)
  • New/original condition (with original packaging)
  • Must not be used, installed, or have data inputted
  • Unworn/unwashed (for apparel)

Process

  • Email alumni@taylors.edu.my stating the reason of return/refund together and attach:
    1) Copy of IC/passport
    2) Bank name & account number
  • Defect items to be mailed back to Taylor’s University (Admin), No. 1, Jln Taylors, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor
  • Email a copy of the consignment note as proof of delivery to alumni@taylors.edu.my
  • Alumni Office will verify the return reason and arrange refund/replacement

Refund

  • Processed upon valid return
  • Issued within 30 days via same payment method used for purchase

A customer service representative will be happy to assist you with the return process at the service desk. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable. 

UNCLAIMED MERCHANDISE POLICY 

  • Items collection window: 30 days from receipt date
  • Unclaimed items: The right of ownership over uncollected items will lapse after 30 days from date of payment, and amounts paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable
  • Appeal (over 30 days)
  • Submit a written appeal to alumni@taylors.edu.my including reason for delay
  • Attach a copy of:
    1) IC/passport
    2) Taylor’s Alumni Card (as proof of Alumni status)
    3) Taylor’s Alumni Merchandise Store email receipt (as proof of purchase)
